	Puppies Born May 23, 2008

	These photos were taken on August 26 - Thirteen Weeks Old.

	Although I think it is far easier for a 12 or 14 week old puppy to move into its new home than it is for an 8 week old pup to make the transition, we are often asked why we have "older" puppies remaining. The answer: we are selective as to where our pups are placed. We also do not ship puppies (except in special cases - see our shipping policy). In the past couple of months, we have taken in more applications that we had puppies available. But, our standards for puppy placement prohibit us from simply cashing a check and shipping a dog. Don't let that deter you from submitting an application. We have placed puppies into all sorts of environments (companion-only, herding, agility, Frisbee, competitive obedience homes; in large cities and rural spreads). It's the people and their dedication to the pup that matters to us. Here's a little testimonial I received from the folks who acquired Palmer (now Skipper), brother of the below available pups. Hi Tammie I thought you might be interested in hearing how Skipper is doing. We took him to puppy play time at our veterinarian’s office this week. The trainer said that he was one of the best socialized puppies that she’s ever seen. He had a great time romping around with the other puppies. He has slept all through the night for the last four nights (Yeah!). He is also starting to give us some signals when he needs to go out to “do his business”. He looks at me intensely and then walks towards the door. Smart, smart puppy!




FEMALE - Peggy	Available Peggy is a kind and loving pup. She has developed a keen desire to hang out with and interact with people (she had been a fairly independent puppy until recently). I can often find her lying at my feet when I take the pups outdoors for their play times. She has a nice body and is a calm puppy. She'll be a great companion or performance dog.





MALE - Pablo see his video below!	Available Pablo is a very loving, kind puppy. He is expressive and happy. He enjoys playing with toys and is quite creative at solving problems. He'll make a super companion or performance partner.
