Wilma has a quality that I adore in puppies.  It is what I call the "check back" or "check in" trait.  Puppies like Wilma love to go off and explore, but routinely come back to visit me and make their presence known, asking for some affection before running off again.  Not all pups are like this, as some like to explore so much they are not as interested in checking in with the person.  She is very loving, very attentive to people and  is quite pretty, too.  I see Wilma as wanting to partner up with someone in the capacity of performance dog or super best friend (provided that includes some sort of work/fun/play).

Wendy is an absolute hoot.  She packs more spirit and joy into that little body than one might imagine is possible.  The most remarkable thing about Wendy is that she is fearless.  She is the first pup to explore anything new, including things that other pups might consider a bit frightening at first glance.  She was the first pup to race away in the grass when they were first taken outdoors.  She can pop a wheelie backwards, spin on her heels, and then race off in the other direction before you know what has happened.  She is cute as a button and will probably make a superb performance dog for Agility or Free style type endeavors.  Don't blink your eyes, or she will be gone!

Sweet Wanda is a petite little thing that believes she is much bigger.  She is on the softer side, from a personality perspective.  She is all business going about her explorations, but when you pick her up, she melts and would lie in your lap for hours.  She is kind and gentle.  She also has probably the nicest body of all the pups in this litter, as she has inherited her father's beautiful layback of the shoulders, nice long neck and lovely rear angulation.  She should make a super Agility or performance dog with the right handler.  Of course, her breeding means she should also make a super herding partner.

As she grows she looks more and more like her daddy. Winnie has a drop-dead gorgeous body.  She has a lovely personality to match with a nice amount of "check back" / "check in" to people while keeping herself quite busy learning about life and all it has to offer.  Winnie is a fairly serious pup and would most likely do best in a home where she will be challenged with a fairly serious job to perform.

Spunky and very fun loving is this puppy.  Wynona keeps herself very busy playing with objects and is very interactive with toys.  She is usually one of the first to get going to check out new environments.  More on the fearless side than self preserving, she likes to play rough and tumble games with her siblings and usually wins the prize (toy) at the end.  Perhaps Frisbee competitions are in her future!

Walda is very similar appearing to her sister, Winnie, but has a bit more laid back personality than her near look-alike.  Walda is a kind pup that doesn't typically get into serious scraps with other puppies.  She is like her father in that she is pensive and calm in nature.  Things do not seem to rile Walda.  She is very loving and enjoys affection, willing to sit in your lap for a spell before she needs to get going.  She is thoughtful and quite intelligent.  She will make a great partner for the right person.

Wesley is a handsome puppy with a very nice body and a typical boy personality.  He is loving and attentive to people, something he puts before exploring much of the time.  He is also outgoing and more fearless than cautious when encountering new things.  Wesley should make a super companion and partner.  I suspect he will have a nice amount of focus and attention to his task, whether that be herding, SAR or another performance event.

OMG Waylon is his father's look-alike in physical traits as well as personality.  I adore this puppy.  He is kind, attentive and very thoughtful, especially for his age.  Sage was just like that; so pensive even at a few months old.  Waylon is just an all around great puppy with very nice conformation.  Waylon is going to be a dog that has more potential than the typical person will be able to tap into.  That's my expectation for this pup.  Knowing him is to feel your heart melt ... he's that sort of guy.
