Boon is a superb combination of his parents' strengths; Sage's cool, collected manner around stock and Lexie's power and drive. A large, smooth coated male, he looks quite a bit like his paternal grandfather, and has the easygoing, adoring temperament of his maternal grandpa, Shamaron (the dog that stole my heart years ago and the one I still consider my most special dog). Boon brings together two distinct lines and his joyful view about life and working together in a partnership makes him a fun dog to work. |
