Malli, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, arrived with serious anti-social issues.  She would growl and snap at any dog that came close to her.  She would chase small animals.  She would lunge and bark at strangers passing by.  This video shows the important element of "self restraint".  It's clear to see, in Malli's face, that she is relaxed, even though dogs and cats are moving in and around her personal space.  Of more importance is observing how Robert, as the handler, remains calm and relaxed and does not consider it his job to "hold" / "restrain" Malli with his own body language.
